This website (https://ionthermalsystems.com) is operated by ION MAKİNA, Kocabaş Mah., Mermerciler/3. Sk. No: 2/1, 20330 Honaz, Denizli, Türkiye ("ION Thermal Systems", "we"). We manufacture industrial ovens and are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Visiting the Website
You can browse the website without providing any personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social media plugins or newsletters, and the public website sets no cookies.
As with any website, our hosting provider necessarily processes technical data — IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and timestamps — in server and security logs that are kept for a limited time. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse.
3. Quote Requests and Contact
When you use the quote request form, we process the information you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone, country, product of interest, maximum operating temperature, maximum load size and process description, as well as any files you attach (PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX).
We use this information only to evaluate and respond to your request and for related pre-contractual communication. Your request is delivered to our sales mailbox by e-mail, and an automatic confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered. If you contact us directly by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide for the same purpose.
Please do not upload documents containing personal data of other people beyond what is needed for your request.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations (such as retaining commercial correspondence), and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and communicating with business contacts. We do not rely on consent for these activities and do not use your data for marketing.
5. Service Providers and International Transfers
These providers process data on our behalf, and some of their servers are located outside Türkiye, including in the USA. Such transfers are made using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or under other mechanisms permitted by applicable law. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting, server logs and temporary storage of uploaded files.
- Resend (USA) — delivery of quote request and confirmation e-mails.
- IONOS — hosting of our company mailbox.
6. Retention
Uploaded files are stored only until your request e-mail has been sent and are then deleted; any leftover uploads are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Quote requests and correspondence that form part of a business relationship are kept for ten years from the end of the calendar year, as required for commercial correspondence under Turkish commercial law (TTK Art. 82). Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted or anonymised once their purpose has ended, at the latest in the next periodic deletion cycle (at intervals of no more than six months).
7. Security and Automated Decisions
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to the site's administration panel. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
8. Your Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive information about recipients, and to complain to a data protection authority.
