Model B — Standard Composite Cure Oven
A robust batch oven for curing prepreg and wet-layup composite parts with repeatable, recipe-driven cycles.
Overview
Model B is our standard composite cure oven: a fully insulated batch chamber with horizontal or combination airflow, sized around your tools and trolleys. Heating, airflow and controls are matched to the cure windows of common epoxy, BMI and polyester resin systems, so ramp rates and dwell times stay within the limits the material datasheet specifies.
Parts are loaded on carts or rail-guided trolleys through a full-width door. A PLC with touchscreen HMI stores cure recipes, logs every cycle and records thermocouple readings from the parts themselves, giving production and quality teams a complete record of each batch.
