Model C — Vacuum Composite Cure Oven / OOA Oven
An out-of-autoclave (OOA) cure oven with an integrated vacuum system for vacuum-bagged composite parts.
Overview
Model C adds a complete vacuum system to the Model B platform, turning the oven into an out-of-autoclave curing solution. Vacuum ports inside the chamber feed each bagged tool, and vacuum level is monitored at each port throughout the cycle so a leaking bag is detected before it becomes a scrapped part.
OOA processing delivers high-quality laminates without the capital cost, footprint and pressure-vessel requirements of an autoclave. Vacuum, temperature and part thermocouple data are recorded together, producing a single traceable record for every cure.
