ION Thermal Systems designs and manufactures industrial ovens, furnaces and thermal process systems for composites, automotive, tooling, metalworking and general industry. Our product range covers composite curing ovens, automotive and tooling ovens, industrial process ovens, metal heat treatment furnaces and custom thermal systems.
Our thermal expertise was built in demanding production: large cyclic tower ovens for drying and resin-curing natural stone slabs, running around the clock in automated lines. We combine this experience with mechanical engineering, airflow and heating design, industrial automation and in-house manufacturing, which allows us to develop individual ovens as well as complete thermal process cells adapted to the parts, the required throughput and the available factory layout.
