ION Thermal Systems manages the complete development process, from initial concept and engineering to fabrication, mechanical and electrical assembly, software, testing, installation and commissioning. Design, fabrication, electrical assembly, software and testing take place in our own facility in Denizli, which gives us control over quality, schedule and every engineering detail.
Our systems are designed for demanding industrial environments and built with attention to structural strength, insulation and sealing, process reliability, operator safety and ease of maintenance. Components are selected not only for their technical quality and performance, but also for their long-term availability and suitability for international service.
Wherever technically appropriate, we use established industrial components that can be sourced through broad international or regional supply networks. This helps customers obtain standard replacement parts more quickly and reduces avoidable production downtime.
Every system is inspected and tested before shipment and delivered with complete technical documentation, and our designs follow European machinery safety requirements (CE). Through controlled engineering, manufacturing and testing processes, we aim to deliver thermal systems that can be operated, maintained and supported throughout a long working life.
