Resin, Adhesive & Post-Cure Ovens

Overview

Structural adhesives and resin systems need the right temperature for the right time. Many resins, elastomers and adhesives also reach their final properties only after a controlled post-cure. These ovens cover both: curing and post-curing cycles with defined ramp, soak and cool-down steps.

Chambers are built around your fixtures, racks or carts, with airflow arranged around the parts and extraction for volatiles released during curing. Depending on the process, the control system can include part thermocouple monitoring, recipes and cycle records.

Oven dimensions, heating configuration, airflow arrangement and control features are engineered according to the process requirements and production capacity.
