Our product-development approach is rooted in first-hand knowledge of industrial heating. Understanding the process is essential, because composites, coatings, adhesives, metals and moulds each respond differently to heating rate, temperature uniformity, soak time and cooling.
This experience helps our engineers identify the practical issues behind a new design: load size and mass, airflow around the parts, temperature uniformity, cycle time, energy consumption, solvent and exhaust loads, operator access and maintenance conditions inside an operating factory.
Our research and development work therefore begins with a real production need. We combine process knowledge, engineering analysis, manufacturing experience and customer feedback to develop new thermal systems, improve existing designs and create customised configurations. The objective is not innovation for its own sake, but systems that deliver better process control, productivity, reliability and lifecycle value.
