IR OVEN — Infrared Slab Drying Oven
An inline radiant heating system that dries slabs after polishing and before filler or resin is applied.
Overview
IR OVEN is an inline radiant heating system designed to dry slabs after polishing and before filler or resin is applied. It rapidly removes residual surface moisture and prepares the slab for a more reliable filling process.
Electrically powered infrared heating elements with ceramic plates transfer heat directly to the slab surface. This focused heating method responds quickly and avoids the need to heat a large chamber volume.
The closed, arc-welded steel structure is installed directly over a variable-speed chain conveyor. Upper insulation limits heat loss and helps concentrate the radiant energy within the effective treatment area. The oven is supplied with an electrical cabinet and an integrated operator control panel.
Oven dimensions, heating configuration, airflow arrangement and control features are engineered according to the process requirements and production capacity.
