Natural Stone Processing Ovens

Natural stone slabs are dried before resin is applied and cured after it; in filling and polishing lines, polished slabs are dried before filler or resin is applied, and the filler is cured inline. For resin lines, two tower-oven architectures are available: in GRAVITON towers, an external elevator and tray-transfer system places each slab at an oven level, where it stays stationary for its defined process time; in POSITRON, the slabs move in a controlled sequence through the oven levels inside the oven. Inline IR drying ovens and UV curing ovens complete the range for filling and polishing lines. The right system depends on the characteristics of the stone, the resin system, process times, the required capacity and the available factory space.
